Return and Refund Policy 

We love our VELU products and are confident you will too! That’s why we offer a 30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll give you a full refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is returned in its original condition.


🛍️ How to Initiate a Return

To start a refund:

  1. Email us at support@velubeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. If the product is defective, please include a photo or video showing the issue.

Once we approve your return, we’ll send you:

  • Our return shipping address

  • Instructions on how to send the item back

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.


💸 Refund Processing

After your return is received and approved:

  • We will email you a refund confirmation

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • The refund includes the product cost, but does not include original shipping costs (since shipping is free)


🚚 Damaged in Shipping?

If your item was damaged during shipping, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@velubeauty.com with a photo of the damage.
We’ll work with you immediately to resolve the issue.


❌ Order Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible using the same email address used for your order.

  • If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already shipped, we’ll process your return refund once we receive the item back from you.


📦 Wholesale & Large Orders

To maintain product availability for all customers:

  • We do not accept returns on large wholesale orders

  • A large wholesale order is defined as any purchase of more than 5 units or over $150 CAD

  • Orders identified as fraudulent will not be eligible for returns or refunds

We take fraud seriously and reserve the right to refuse service if we detect suspicious activity.
