At VELU, we offer FREE insured shipping on all orders within Canada – no minimum spend required. Luxury should be simple, and so should shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery.

đźšš Estimated Delivery Time

  • 🇨🇦 Canada (Canada Post): 2-4 business days after dispatch
    We ship Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your tracking confirmation after your order is shipped.

⚠️ Important Shipping Notes

  • Double-check your shipping address before placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.

  • If the courier finds it unsafe to leave the package unattended, they may hold it at a nearby post office or reattempt delivery.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or unverified address, we’ll contact you to either issue a refund or reship to a corrected address.
